Vision Become nationally renowned for publishing the highest quality research on current policies affect parents to determine whether the modifications are necessary, and, for shaping policy relating to parents on complex issues in need of intervention. The NCP will develop parental impact statements that government, non-profit agencies, and businesses use when formulating legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures relating to children and the family.
